We do offer trainee solicitor positions, and generally our trainees will spend a period of time as a paralegal within the firm (6-12 months) before being considered for a trainee solicitor position.

Court of Protection Solicitor (NQ+)

We are looking for a solicitor who specialises in Court of Protection welfare work. Experience in Court of Protection property and affairs work and hybrid welfare and finance cases is advantageous. We accept applications from solicitors at newly qualified level and above. This role is supervised by our director, Amy Butler, who has been recognised for her Court of Protection work in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for a number of years, including mostly recently in the 2020 editions. The team is also supported in welfare cases by Bogdan Cretu, trainee solicitor, who is also a qualified medical doctor. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding team, with opportunities for skills development and career progression. The role is based in our office in Barnet. Salary and benefits dependent on experience. A bonus scheme may be considered.

Mental Health Solicitor or Experienced Caseworker

We are looking for a mental health solicitor or an experienced caseworker to join our growing team. Candidates must hold the Law Society accreditation in mental health and be able to represent clients before the First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health). 

The candidate must be able to manage their time effectively and hold a varied caseload of mental health cases, including forensic cases. It is advantageous if the candidate meets the supervisor status requirements under the legal aid contract, but not essential. The role is based in our office in Barnet. Salary and benefits dependent on experience. A bonus scheme may be considered.
